• Your Disney Movie Insiders account must be linked with participating partner account at the time of purchase. For instructions on linking accounts to participating partners, click here.
  
  NOTE: Points awarded a minimum of 2 hours after showtime
  
  
• Tickets were not cancelled or refunded prior to showtime
• Points have not already been received from an uploaded ticket for the same movie

If you have met these requirements and have not received your points, please contact us with the following info:

• Title of the eligible movie (as displayed on the ticket)
• Showtime (as displayed on the ticket)
• Theater name
