If you see the following message when attempting to enter a code from an eligible movie on the Disney Movie Insiders site:

“Invalid Code: You have entered an invalid code. Please try again with a different code.” 

Make sure to verify the complete code from the insert that came with your eligible movie. Look for commonly swapped characters like a capital "O" and numeral zero (“0”), capital "I" and numeral one (“1”), etc. If the entered code still yields the same error message, please contact us for additional support.
