On June 3 2021, Disney Movie Insiders will resume our policy to expire points in member accounts where there has been prolonged points inactivity. Beginning on this date and continuing after, your Disney Movie Insiders points will expire if you haven’t completed a points-qualifying activity in the previous 365 consecutive days.
Points-qualifying activity is defined as:
- Earning 1 or more points in your account
- Redeeming 1 or more points in your account
- Redeeming any reward
Here are some examples of program activities that you can complete to keep your points active:
- Redeem any reward
- Download the Disney Movie Insiders app (first time only)
- Scan or upload your eligible movie tickets
- Purchase eligible movie tickets via an account linked to a participating partner (U.S. only)
- Enter a code from an eligible Blu-rayTM or DVD
- Get eligible digital movies via a linked account with MOVIES ANYWHERE (U.S. only)
- Link your account to a participating partner (first time only, per partner)
- Play interactive games and experiences (first time only, per game/experience)
View your Points history/activity
You can find your most recent points history on the Disney Movie Insiders site or app.
On the site:
- Go to DisneyMovieInsiders.com and sign in to your account
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select "Point History"
- From here, you'll see the activity, date and points rewarded
In the app:
- Launch the Disney Movie Insiders app and log in to your account
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Point History"
- From here, you'll see the activity, date and points rewarded
