Points for your eligible movie tickets are awarded under the following conditions:
- You must submit your eligible movie ticket(s) within 14 days after showtime
- Tickets were not cancelled or refunded prior to showtime
- Points have not already been received for the same eligible movie ticket(s) via linked account submission
If it has been longer than 3 weeks since your submission and you have not received your points, please contact us with the following info:
- Title of the eligible movie (as displayed on the ticket)
- Showtime (as displayed on the ticket)
- Theater name
NOTE: When reviewing your Point History, make sure to cross-reference the dates for awarded points and showtime displayed on movie ticket to identify your ticket submission(s).
