First, make sure that your submission meets our requirements. Once that has been confirmed, please select the scenario that applies:
- I uploaded my ticket(s) through the website
- I purchased the ticket(s) through a linked partner
- I've reached my monthly point limit for movie tickets
I uploaded my ticket(s) through the website
Due to high numbers of submitted tickets during popular release runs, it may take up to three weeks to process your submission. If it has been longer than three weeks since your submission, please contact us with the following info:
- Title of the eligible movie (as displayed on the ticket)
- Showtime (as displayed on the ticket)
- Theater name
TIP: Identify your ticket submission(s) by cross-referencing the date displayed on the movie ticket to the dates of received points in your Point History.
I purchased the ticket(s) through a linked partner
If it has been over 24 hours after showtime, please contact us with the following info:
- Title of the eligible movie (as displayed on the ticket)
- Showtime (as displayed on the ticket)
- Theater name
IMPORTANT: Your account must be actively linked with the participating partner at the time the movie ticket purchase was made. No points will be awarded for tickets cancelled or refunded prior to showtime.
I’ve reached my monthly point limit for movie tickets
You can earn up to a maximum of 1,200 points per month from submitting your eligible movie tickets. Tickets purchased through linked partners are not subject to the monthly point limit.
Exceptions to the monthly limit may apply for promotional and other types of special Disney Movie Insiders events. For more information, please read our terms and conditions.
