If your eligible* Blu-ray™, UHD or DVD title did not include an insert with a code, we can help!
Please take the following steps to claim your missing code and collect your Points:
- Refer to the Blu-ray, UHD or DVD title outer packaging to confirm the title is eligible.
- Clearly write your name and today’s date on the receipt, making sure the price and description are clearly visible.
- Take a picture of the entire back of the outer packaging alongside the [signed] receipt of the purchased title. Make sure that the date, the description and the price are clearly visible.
- Click the Email button below (support@help.disneymovieinsiders.com).
- Fill out the form with a summary of your request, attach the picture and submit.
*NOTE: Only select titles are eligible for points on Disney Movie Insiders. To determine eligibility, please refer to the outer packaging of the product or contact us for assistance.
