When can I expect to receive my reward?
Physical rewards usually arrive within two to four weeks after redemption. If you haven’t received your reward after eight weeks, please contact us for assistance.
How do I track my order?
Once your reward has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. If tracking is available*, you can track your order from your account:
- Go to DisneyMovieInsiders.com and sign in to your account
- Select your profile name and go to My Rewards
- Select View Details next to the reward in question
- Use the tracking number link to check the status of your shipment
NOTE: Due to varying factors including origin, destination, post office acceptance date, and other conditions, including customs delays, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

How are rewards shipped?
Most rewards are shipped via the US Postal Service or Canada Post. However, some rewards, due to their size or value, may be shipped by UPS and may require a signature at the destination for delivery completion. There are no additional charges for shipping and handling.
Do you ship rewards to Canada?
Yes, the majority of rewards are available to our members in both the United States and Canada. You are not required to pay any additional duties on rewards shipped to Canada. Some rewards may not be available for redemption to members in Canada. Such restrictions will be noted on the reward’s details page.
Can rewards be shipped to a PO Box?
Rewards shipped via US Postal Service or Canada Post can be delivered to PO Boxes in both the United States and Canada. Rewards shipped via UPS may require a signature at the destination for delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Can I have my reward shipped to a different address?
If you are redeeming a physical reward, you may specify a different shipping address during checkout. Digital rewards are automatically made available in your member account only.
I entered the wrong shipping address
If you have accidentally entered or selected the wrong address for your reward shipment and you want to cancel the order, please contact us for assistance.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact us within 60 days of placing your order.
Will my reward arrive in time for the holidays?
Given the higher than expected volume of packages being shipped this holiday season, we encourage you to redeem your rewards promptly to allow plenty of time to arrive.
For shipping in the U.S:
- December 14: Last day to redeem rewards to arrive by Saturday, December 23, 2023.
For shipping in Canada:
- December 4: Last day to redeem for rewards to arrive by Saturday, December 23, 2023.
